High Quality CLE That's...Fun?
DRD CLE presented its first CLE program in 2012. From the beginning, our founder, Lynn Helmer, MD, MBA - an experienced executive, management consultant and educator - has driven our focus on high quality, easily accessible, and affordable CLE programming for our attorney clients, their colleagues, and friends. CLE should be a joy, not a burden. Participants should leave feeling that they will be better attorneys because of having attended. The feedback we collect from each session we offer tells us that our programs provide this to our attendees.
DRD has built an extensive network of talented attorneys and subject matter experts to deliver timely, well-informed, and exciting programs to our audience. Our speakers include attorneys with a wide range of specialties, ranging from Certified Criminal and Municipal Court Trial Attorneys to family law, immigration, and education attorneys. We also bring in experts from government agencies, law enforcement and social services - whatever provides the best education for our clients.
Recognizing the critical and growing impact of technology on all elements of the practice of law, DRD CLE provides highly regarded technology programming, especially regarding artificial intelligence. We provided AI education to support attorney competence before it became a specific CLE requirement in NJ, and continue to do so today - covering everything from bias in AI systems to appropriate use (and avoidance) by attorneys. Our attendees understand what to expect from AI in the real world. DRD CLE is especially proud of our newly formalized relationship with NTTW Consulting, LLC, which will ensure our attendees have ongoing access to spectacular actionable programming on AI and other technologies.
DRD Consulting, Inc. is a NJ-Approved Service Provider for CLE. Many states have CLE reciprocity with NJ. We are happy to provide any documentation about our programs that other states may require for reciprocity. However, we advise attorneys from outside NJ to verify availability of reciprocity with their own state bar prior to signing up for our courses. NJ uses 50-minute credit hours and states that have 60-minute requirements will typically approve fewer total hours than NJ for the same program.
Some individual courses may be accredited in other states. In these cases, the images of Available Courses will include mention of any additional states in which a course is accredited, as will the course details.
